About Me

Prior to my career in real estate, I was a District Manager in retail commerce, where I learned the arts of customer service, merchandising, promotions, driving sales, problem-solving, and a complete understanding the business transaction. This experience gave me a leg up in real estate, which I entered in 1996 after discovering it to be my real dream job. Since then, I have helped hundreds of individuals, families, and investors attain their real estate goals by always putting their needs first. Ironically, the process reminds me that doing good is also the route to doing well. Today I am a multi-million dollar producer and have received many state and national awards for sales and service.

 

To give my clients the highest level of service and to best meet their real estate goals, I complement my work experience with lots of continuing study. Thus far, I have seven nationally recognized designations (ABR, CRS, CSP, e-PRO, GRI, and SRES), each reflecting a different real estate skill-set, and collectively helping to make me more well-rounded in my field.

 

But education alone is insufficient to fully help folks buy and sell homes.  A top-notch real estate agent must also know the area in which he/she is serving.  I moved to Clintonville in 1998 and gained my understanding of the area through civic involvement.  I have been active in the Clintonville Chamber of Commerce, the Clintonville Area Commission, the Clintonville Education Committee, the Lower Olentangy Urban Arboretum, and the United Crestview Area Neighbors.

 

The education combined with the civic involvement gives me the edge you will need when buying or selling a home.  I look forward to learning and understanding your real estate goals, and working together to achieve them.
